Programme Design and Development

Our programmes are experiential, engaging and impactful.  Learning events are triggers that support people to make changes and when you attend a Coach Collective event, you’ll be guided through a journey that gives you the opportunity to review where you are now, plan for the changes you want to make and try those out before you leave our programme.  

From our bite-size sessions to our full programmes, you’ll experience challenge and support from our facilitators who will support you in your personal development..

  • We support Apprentices and Graduates to help them transition into the workplace well and add value as quickly as possible. We offer development journeys that can be delivered across the whole of your early careers programme from the day someone starts to when they step off their formal programme. We also support Induction and Onboarding to enable you to create an engaging first impression and also design short, impactful learning sessions.

    We are happy to support Apprenticeship providers to work with you to deliver impactful development days.

  • Stepping up to lead includes our offerings for new Managers who are adding people management to their role as well as managing themselves as an individual contributor.

    Often Managers are asked to take on people responsibilities without the benefit of knowledge or skills that will enable them to be successful.

    Our short training programmes will enable any new Manager to succeed in their new role.

  • Management Skills for all Managers who want to refresh their skills with the most current thinking in how to get the most from individuals and teams.

    Many Managers have never received any formal development and this really is our sweet spot. All of our coaches and facilitators have been Managers themselves and understand the challenges that Managing can bring.

    Our programmes are practical and focused on the skills that will enable success.

  • Personal development for anyone who’s interested in improving themselves, from communication and influencing skills to being organised and productive, developing resilience and living and working at their best.

    We offer both learning events as well as individual and group coaching in order to support people to perform at their best.

Team Development

We know that teams thrive when there is psychological safety and our coaching of teams focuses on how the team can create challenger safety so that all can contribute, challenge the status quo and achieve high performance.

For teams that are critical to the organisation we offer a new diagnostic and development programme that offers the opportunity for teams to focus on the 8 habits that successful teams demonstrate.  In this programme you’ll be challenged to explore your team as part of the wider system and how you can change how you work for to create value for that system.

Coaching Skills for Managers

As Managers ourselves, we all experienced the value of using coaching skills to develop individuals in our team and it’s one of the skills we think all those who find themselves managing people should have.  So we offer coaching skills for Managers so that they can stop being the ‘fixer’ and move to be the ‘developer’.  We believe that coaching not only positively impacts the individual being coached but the Manager benefits enormously in terms of time saved, value added and being given the opportunity to be more strategic.
